Romni was an absolute pleasure to deal with. My partner and I had been applying for our first rental together for a few months before finally getting the call from Elite's Romni. She was incredibly accommodating for us first-time renters and more than happy to assist us with anything. We have now moved into our second rental and our experience with Romni was so impactful that we felt that finding another property through Elite - instead of another agency - was the best option

SAM AND BINCY-I have been renting this property for the past two years, and Romni has been an excellent property manager. She is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and all repair requests are handled promptly. She is friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making the renting experience stress-free. . Highly recommended

I moved to Wodonga from Melbourne and was staying in a rooming house managed by Elite property Management in the interim until I moved into my own property. The agent I was predominantly dealing with was Romni and I could not be happier with her communication and conscientiousness to rectify any issues that came up during my stay. Definitely a 5 stars!

Alex and the team at Elite Property Management Agency have been absolutely excellent to deal with while leasing out my rental property. From start to finish, they have made each step in the rental process easy and I would 10/10 recommend to anyone with an investment property or looking to rent.

Highly recommended. I was a client of Elite for 11 years as a property owner. During that entire time they managed my property without any hitches. They were prompt and efficient in handling any repairs or other issues. I have now sold the property and the process was seamless and a great result. Many thanks to Romni and Alex in particular but also the other staff at Elite as well.
