Since joining Elite Property Management Agency in 2018, Alex Gale has been a vibrant and dedicated force in the real estate industry. For her, this work is more than a job; it’s a career and a calling. Alex consistently exceeds the expectations of her role, embodying commitment and professionalism in everything she does.
Raised locally, Alex brings an outstanding depth of local expertise and market insight to her work in the Albury Wodonga region. Her dedication is invaluable, as she combines impeccable organisational skills with natural leadership and a strong sense of teamwork. These qualities make Alex a trusted Senior team member and a cherished asset to our office. Alex’s diverse background in hospitality and office management, shapes the high level of service she delivers to every client.
Alongside her Real Estate License in both VIC and NSW, Alex holds a Diploma of Property (Agency Management) and a Certificate IV of Accounting, equipping her with an impressive skill set to support her clients and team alike. Her understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act in both VIC and NSW assures clients that their properties are handled with expertise and diligence. Alex is passionate about helping landlords achieve their investment goals by securing properties that will provide long-term value and enhancing their portfolio values through thoughtful, strategic improvements. Taking a personal approach with every client, Alex takes the time to truly understand their needs and works closely with them to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Alex’s commitment to excellence has been recognised through multiple industry accolades. She was awarded Business Development Manager of the Year: Rising Star across Australia and New Zealand in 2023, and went on to win Business Development Manager of the Year at the REIV Awards for two consecutive years, 2024 and 2025, making her the number one Business Development Manager for the whole of Victoria. Alex was also named one of seven National Finalists for Business Development Manager of the Year at the REIA National Awards for Excellence in both 2024 and 2025. With a strong focus on her clients’ needs, Alex consistently delivers exceptional results in every interaction.
Outside of work, Alex is a passionate netballer, a proud dog mum to Ziggy, and values time spent with family and friends.
