Introducing Jaylah Daunt, one of our dedicated Property Managers. Jaylah brings a warm, caring and people focused approach to her role, along with a genuine commitment to providing exceptional service to both rental providers and renters.

Before joining the real estate industry, Jaylah worked within the disability and community services sector. This experience allowed her to develop exceptional communication, organisation and problem solving skills, together with the ability to support people through a wide range of circumstances. Her compassionate nature and calm approach make her perfectly suited to Property Management, where strong relationships, clear communication and understanding are essential.

Having experienced all sides of a real estate transaction as a renter, rental provider, buyer and seller, Jaylah brings a genuine understanding of the different perspectives involved. This firsthand experience has provided her with a strong foundation and ensures she is well equipped to deliver consistent, caring and attentive service to every client within her portfolio.

Jaylah is excited to continue building relationships with her rental providers and renters while growing her knowledge and career within the industry. She takes pride in being approachable, reliable and committed to achieving the best possible outcome for everyone involved.

Outside of work, Jaylah is a devoted mum to her two children and loves spending time with her family, including her two much loved dachshunds, Chase and Chester. Her caring personality, strong work ethic and genuine desire to help others make her a wonderful addition to the Elite Property Management Agency team.
