Introducing Kate Hobbs, our inspiring Business Owner and Director. Kate’s warm and approachable leadership style is matched by her extensive expertise in real estate. Having embarked on her career since 2006, Kate has held a variety of roles throughout her career, including Property Manager, Department Leader and Business Development Manager, with experience in Sales and Sales Support also. Her true passion, however, lies in Property Management.
With her extensive knowledge and experience, Kate is committed to sharing her expertise with her team, instilling strong values and a dedication to ethical practices in everything they do. Her steadfast dedication, comprehensive training, and fully licensed background allow her to bring deep insight to every aspect of the real estate industry, particularly in Property Management, which is her true passion.
Since taking ownership and becoming Director of Elite in 2018, Kate has infused the business with fresh energy and enthusiasm. Under her leadership, our all-women team has earned recognition both Nationally and Internationally as Finalists and Winners, receiving multiple accolades such as Residential Property Management Team of the Year, Medium PM Team of the Year, Regional Property Manager of the Year, and Business Development Manager of the Year. Kate’s philosophy that "teamwork makes the dream work" is reflected in her commitment to fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for her team of women.

A natural nurturer in both her professional and personal life, Kate also finds joy in being a devoted mum to her two bold, bubbly daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys playing netball and honing her skills in photography. Elite Property Management lives up to its name. I have been on both sides of the rental property market as both the landlord and tenant. As a landlord, who didn’t live in the area, I knew my property was in great hands with Kate. Any issues that arose were dealt with promptly and communicated clearly. Our property was always inspected thoroughly during and between tenants with a high attention to detail that I have not experienced with other agents. When it came to requiring a rental property, Kate was my first call and she found us a great property. Alex was the property manager and I couldn’t have been happier the way the whole process worked. Alex, like Kate, was amazing to deal with and very efficient to attending to any maintenance requests.
