From Administration and Reception to Sales, Marketing, and now Property Management, Lara’s diverse background has shaped her into a highly capable and compassionate professional.
Born and raised in the local area, Lara possesses an in-depth understanding of both the rental and sales markets across the region. Licensed in both NSW and VIC, she combines her knowledge of legislation with a strong belief that communication is key to building trust and delivering outstanding service.
Lara’s passion for Property Management stems from her love of forming long-term relationships with both landlords and tenants. She understands that moving can be a stressful time, and she strives to make the experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible for every client. Her calm, clear, and client-first approach ensures each property journey is handled with care.
Starting her real estate career just one week after finishing Year 12, Lara’s eagerness to learn and grow has never wavered. Outside of work, you’ll often find her enjoying the outdoors, catching up with friends over coffee, staying active, indulging in a little retail therapy, or spending quality time with her beloved Border Collie, Harley.
