Meet our gentle soul, Romni Reid—affectionately known as ‘Rom’ to most. Rom embarked on her real estate career in 2017 with great ambition and determination, and is on the cusp of completing her real estate license for both VIC and NSW.

Rom is deeply passionate about delivering exceptional service to everyone she interacts with within the business. Her communication skills are second to none, and she has a remarkable ability to connect with clients, ensuring they feel heard and valued. Her natural problem-solving abilities allow her to find effective solutions and resolve issues with ease, going the extra mile to ensure clients are comfortable and satisfied at every stage of the process. Rom takes immense pride in knowing that landlords and tenants walk away pleased with the service they have received.

In 2024, Rom was a finalist and recognised as one of the top three Regional Property Managers in VIC, a testament to her dedication and skill.

A true team player, Rom credits her success to the collaborative spirit within the team. She understands the importance of teamwork and values the positive working environment that she contributes to and benefits from every day.

Outside of work, Romni enjoys cooking in her thermomix and spending time socialising with friends and family, always bringing warmth and kindness to everything she does.

Before leaving a 5-star review, I want to share my experience. When I arrived in June 2019, I had no Australian rental references. I only had a referral from my HR contact, who lives in Brisbane, and most main agencies turned me down. However, Elite Property was a small, growing agency at the time, and they offered me a property in Wodonga. Everything was sorted out within two weeks, and I ended up staying for almost five years. I’m very grateful to everyone at Elite Property Management, especially Romni, who was incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend them—10/10!
