With a smile that lights up every room and a natural ability to connect with people, Sophia Mulkearns, affectionately known as Fi, has grown into one of the most valued members of the Elite team.

Fi’s journey with Elite began many years ago as a work experience student while still in school. Even back then, it was clear that real estate was her calling. Since officially joining the team as our receptionist, Fi has climbed the ranks with incredible dedication and drive, progressing from Property Manager’s Assistant to now thriving in her well-earned role as a fully-fledged Property Manager.

Fi’s transition into property management has been nothing short of seamless. She brings a deep understanding of how the business operates, a sharp eye for detail, and a calm, solutions-focused approach that landlords and tenants genuinely appreciate. Her ability to juggle priorities, communicate with clarity, and maintain meaningful relationships has quickly earned her a glowing reputation. Clients love working with Fi for her professionalism, warmth, and reliability, many returning time and again because they know their investment is in trusted hands.

Sophia received the Operational Support Person of the Year award at the REIV Awards in 2024, marking an exceptional milestone early in her career.

Outside of work, Fi loves spending time with her family and friends, heading off on camping adventures, and enjoying the great outdoors.
