With a smile for days and given out to all like candy our Director of first impressions, Reception/Admin assistant, Sophia Mulkearns (endearingly known as Fi) is an important team member at Elite PM Agency.
Within her role, she is responsible for various duties from administration, reception to completing condition reports, inspections and open houses and managing and community events.
Having started with Elite PM Agency many years ago for her work experience whilst still at school, Fi couldn’t help herself, she knew this was the industry & the team she wanted to be apart of. Sophia has a solid understanding of how the business works and can support her team members with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks to help them perform at their best.
Highly flexible, Sophia is a true team player and is always willing to help out where needed to ensure that Elite PM Agency’s clients receive the best level of service at all times.
Her strong organisation skills and positive, friendly nature make her a delight to work with, and her excellent ability to build long-lasting professional relationships see multiple clients returning to work with her again and again.
Sophia loves spending time with her partner, family and catching up with friends when she is not at work. She is also an avid camper & loves all things outdoors.
